One of the earliest restoration projects by Nineteenth Century Restorations. I restored this house for Krista and Mike Khrone back in 1990-91! Still looks great today! We lifted the house off of the foundation and gutted and restored every square inch of it. This house put us on the map. I was hired by a General Contractor to do all the work, but by about the halfway point the homeowners fired him and hired 24 yr-old Dan Riedemann to finish it!
